What Is Your Policy On Returns + Exchanges?
Return Process:
Eligibility
- Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our return criteria.
- To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items purchased during Black Friday or Archive Sale are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or price adjustments are not accepted, except in cases of lost or damaged items.
How to Return:
- Visit our Redo Return Portal to initiate a return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your items in transit.
- Once received and approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Please Visit our Redo Return Portal to initiate a claim, be prepared to provide an image, and we will process a replacement ASAP. Email us at hello@thefavorites.com with any questions.
- We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Returning a Gift:
- Gift returns can be initiated through the Redo Return Portal.
- Standard return policies, including shipping costs, still apply.
Additional Information:
- Tarnishing or breakage over time is not considered a fault and is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items purchased during site-wide sales or marked final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
