How do I get my 10% welcome discount?

Sign up for our newsletter, confirm your subscription via the follow-up email (check spam if it’s playing hard to get), and your welcome discount will arrive shortly after. Consider it our way of saying: nice to meet you.

Where does The Favorites ship?

Everywhere in the U.S.

If you're abroad and feel strongly about a certain marble tray or rattan shaker, email us at hello@thefavorites.com—we're open to long-distance relationships.

In a Rush?

Need your order, like, yesterday? Email us at hello@thefavorites.comand we’ll quote you for FedEx 2Day. We get it—some things just can’t wait.

When will my order arrive?

Order before 1PM EST and we’ll ship it the same day via FedEx Ground. Need it sooner? Email us and we’ll send over expedited options.

How much is shipping?

Free for orders over $75 (you deserve it). Bar carts are the exception—they travel via truck and require a bit more care (and cost).

Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast—but if you ordered over the weekend, you’ve got until Monday morning to reach out.

Weekday orders placed before 1PM PST ship same-day, so the sooner you email us, the better chance we can catch it in time.

My item arrived broken/damaged!—what now?

First of all, we're so sorry. That’s not how favorites are supposed to arrive. Send us a photo of the damaged item to hello@thefavorites.com, and we’ll sort out a replacement right away. No fuss.

It’s not you, it’s me... how do I make a return?

We hope you love your order. But if you need to return it, here’s how:

  1. Email us at hello@thefavorites.com with your order number and what you’d like to send back.
  2. Repack your item in original packaging with the packing list inside.
  3. Ship it to:

    Return shipping is on you. We do not provide return shipping labels. For items over $75, we recommend tracking or insurance—just in case.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you’re refunded, return shipping will be deducted.
